Management Liability

Management liability, often referred to as directors & officers liability, covers company directors and senior managers for claims made against them personally. In effect, the policies function as "management errors and omissions liability insurance," covering claims resulting from managerial decisions that have adverse financial consequences. Policies can be extended to include Employment Practice Liability (EPL) which covers employment related allegations such as wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, invasion of privacy and breach of contract.
